Recently, we noticed that certain media outlets such as The Straits Times had rehashed claims that cyberattack group UNC3886 is linked to China. The Chinese side expresses its strong dissatisfaction with this and opposes any groundless smears and accusations against China. China is a victim of cyberattacks and has been repeatedly targeted by hacker groups for years. As a responsible major country, China takes a firm position against and cracks down all forms of cyberattacks in accordance with law. Cybersecurity is a common challenge faced by all nations, and we consistently advocate that it should be addressed through dialogue and cooperation.
