Apply for Diplomatic, Service or Courtesy Visas

Diplomatic, service or courtesy visa applicants need to submit the visa application online (https://bio.visaforchina.cn/SGP3_EN/qianzhengyewu). After the approval of the online application, print out the Visa Application Certificate and the application form (double-sided printing recommended), and sign on the last page of the form. Then submit the application form, the relevant diplomatic note, and other documents required to the Chinese Embassy directly, without the need for prior appointment.
