On October 15, Ambassador Cao Zhongming attended the listing ceremony on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) for the CGS-ICBC-CFETS Belt and Road Bond Index ETF, jointly launched by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), China Galaxy Securities (CGS), andChina Foreign Exchange Trade System(CFETS).

In his speech, Ambassador Cao stated that the listing further strengthened the connectivity between Chinese and Singapore financial markets, and facilitated the participation of the international capital in high-quality Belt and Road cooperation. He hoped that both sides would continue to deepen and innovate financial cooperation, and deliver more tangible outcomes.

Senior Executive Vice President of ICBC Zhang Weiwu, President of CGSXue Jun,as well as representatives from the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the Singapore Exchange (SGX), and other institutions also attended the event.
